"MTX Plus+" Games ROM
Card
Based on his original MAGROM
design, an add-on ROM board for the MTX, Martin has designed a
Games ROM (GROM) board for MTXPlus+.

connector which would allow an ~1/3 size board to be
constructed, it is probably more useful to build it
on a full size board and leave the remaining space
available for other expansions, e.g., a floppy drive
controller. |

Current Status
A MAGROM like games ROM card for MTXPlus+ has very
limited value; whilst loading games into MTXPlus+ is
not quite instantaneous as it is with MAGROM, the speed of
loading from Compact Flash card and the larger range of games
available for MTXPlus+ than with the MTX MAGROM
board would suggest that there is little point in building a
Games ROM card for MTXPlus+, so the Games ROM card is
unlikely to see the light of day.
